Welcome, I’m Anna!
It takes courage to seek support, and I am glad you are here.
I am a queer, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Denver, CO offering trauma-informed therapy and somatic therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, and the lasting effects of trauma. My approach is collaborative and body-centered, helping you slow down, understand patterns in your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a supported way.
My work is informed by over a decade of experience in the mental health field, including wilderness therapy, intensive in-home family services, and private practice.
I bring a deep respect for how lived experience shapes who we are. My understanding of grief, identity, and belonging are shaped by lived experiences—including early loss, divorce, and coming out later in life.
Beyond the Therapy Room
When I’m not working as a therapist, I’m usually making something with my hands—pottery, cooking, or sewing. I also love to spend time on my bicycle. These slower, embodied activities are an important part of how I stay grounded and connected.
